How to Continue Gaining Research Insights During the Coronavirus Shutdown

Dear Meeting Street Insights Clients and Friends,

Like you, I’ve been watching the situation with Coronavirus change dramatically over the past week. I hope that all of you are finding ways to stay safe and healthy during this crisis.

I know many individuals and businesses are uncertain about the future. We are, too. If you are looking for insights, knowledge, and confidence to help you weather this turmoil, we can help. 

Even with substantial social distancing measures in place, most opinion research methods will continue to be available. These include:

  • Live interview telephone surveys
  • Online surveys

  • Mobile and text-based surveys

  • Specialized community panel surveys

To protect as many people as possible, there are a few methods we have stopped using for now: in-person focus groups, in-person advertising/program testing, and in-person dial groups. At this point, our ability to conduct telephone surveys has not been impacted.  We are working with our trusted partners to be prepared for any and all contingencies.
